Hỏi/ Thắc mắc Lỗi khi clean install Windows: Windows setup cot not configure Windows to run on hardware

Chào m.n, Em đang dùng máy Acer F5-571
Hôm qua em có cài clean install win 10 (file iso tải từ microsoft, e đã thử bản Enterprises trên forum nhưng cũng k được) qua USB, sau khi cài đặt xong máy tự reset và hiện thông báo "Windows Setup could not configure Windows to run on this computer's hardware"
E đã thử install lại nhưng nó vẫn hiện thông báo tương tự
E cũng đã thử cách run msoobe.exe nhưng nó hiện 'msoobe' is not recognized như trong ảnh

File setuperr.log thì hiện ra lỗi dưới đây:

SYSPRP SPPNP: Failed to enmerate primitive driver packages. Err = 0x13[gle=0x00000013]
SYSPRP SPPNP: Unable to install primitive drivers. Err = 0x13[gle=0x00000013]
SYSPRP ActionPlatform:eleteValue: Error from RegOpenKeyExW on key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Setup\Sysprep\OfflineState\Specialize; dwRet = 0x13

Tình huống này thì cũng đã rồi , ko thể nào vào win được nữa do vậy bạn boot vào winpe .
Bạn chạy phần mềm partition tìm đến các phân vùng liên quan đến win cũ xóa hết đi để nó gộp lại thành 1 cục Unallocated ( cẩn thận kẻo nhầm các part chứa dữ liệu )
Sau khi xóa xong rồi thì tiến hành giải nén hoặc gắn ISO vào ổ CD ảo run file setup và chọn vào cái unallocated nhấn next ko tạo mới để win nó tự tạo
Cái quan trọng thứ 2 là file ISO ko bị lỗi qua quá trình tải về

Lúc cài win chọn ổ để cài e đã delete hết để nó thành 1 ổ unallocated r, sau đó ấn next để cài nhưng vẫn bị như vậy
