Các công cụ và cơ sở dữ liệu của Debotnet hầu hết điều không có mã hóa. Nó dựa trên các tệp có định dạng .DS1 đơn giản nhưng xác định chính xác các khóa đăng ký, tệp và hoặc/ dịch vụ nào bị vô hiệu hóa, xóa,....

Điểm nổi bật của chương trình này là nó ghi rất chi tiết từng mục mà ta muốn vô hiệu hóa. Để từ đó, ta có thể xem xét có nên vô hiệu hay không.
