Mình cài Wondershare PPT2Flash Professional nhưng tại sao không thể mở được chương trình. Làm ơn chỉ giùm.

Với lại có 1 số lý do sau:
1. File thuốc mà bạn tìm thấy bị hỏng nên khi mở phần mềm lên bị lỗi -> Tìm nguồn khác.
2. Tắt antivirus để chạy thử phần mềm lên.
3. Chạy phần mềm với quyền Administrator, chuột phải vào file .exe chọn Properties -> compatibility -> tick ô Run this program with Windows XP.
