Nhìn hình dưới này thì bạn hiểu vì sao có key kèm theo Username và password phải không? Click vào dòng đó, nó sẽ hiện ra một webpage khác, bạn điền đầy đủ thông số vào và nó hiện ra key, chép lại key vào hình dưới này. Tôi thấy nếu key nào có username và password thì mình phải làm đủ thao tác nếu không, được một thời gian thì Eset thông báo lỗi key của mình cần phải có Username và password đó các bạn

Bác cho em hỏi đợt rồi e add key mà ko có nhập username với password như hình bác làm nên giờ bên em thấy báo như hình dưới ạ. Em có thử nhập user với pass lại rồi nhập key thì thấy thông báo nó vẫn không hết. Không biết bị như vậy thì có bị ảnh hưởng gì không ạ.

Bạn thử click vào cập nhật xem nó co chịu chạy không? Tôi nhớ có lần bên tôi nó cũng hiện như thế, tôi chạy cập nhật xong thì nó lên màu xanh trở lại. Hy vọng bên bạn cũng sẽ thay đổi nhé.

If I remember correctly, I solved it by entering the advanced configuration (F5) in Update and deleting all the update modules (update history). Then restarting the computer.

@Hoang Duch2 em đã thử như bác nói như vẫn bị =)) e search gg thì nó báo lỗi đó là do giấy phép bị rò rỉ nhưng mà vẫn ko thấy eset nó khóa key em đang xài. Vì hiện tại bên em thấy vẫn update được bình thường nên không biết có nên kiếm key khác để xài ko =))

@LivelCarla Thanks for your support. I tried but it can't resolved maybe my issue is about leaked license that was already cancelled. The license i using didn't block yet because i still update module
