Bác thích dùng tool V3.1 vì nó clean up luôn sau khi update đó cháu. Với bản của cháu thì up dễ dàng nhưng với bản của bạn khác thì không thể nào up cho OS khi dùng tool hoặc là dùng file msu up trực tiếp.
