Next time try exporting Activation to DAT File
use KTA or KTL tool

After reinstalling Windows, import the DAT file again
see if this works

or better
if you have windows working fine with Kaspersky premium installed and activated
just create an image of windows using Acronis True Image
or similar software like EaseUS todo or AOMIE Backupper
restore image when needed

it will include activated Kaspersky premium
