IcecreamApps PDF Editor does not have as many diverse functions as the above software, but it also has enough basic tools for you to process PDF files such as reading, creating, editing, directly processing objects, file information, setting passwords, etc.
The advantage of this software is that it is EXTREMELY COMPACT, opens files very quickly, intuitive design, IS EXTREMELY EASY TO USE and has Vietnamese support.
