ko thêm dc thuộc tính hoặc phân quyền user cho phân vùng và file thì ko loại trừ trường hợp bản thân user đang sử dụng ko có trong nhóm administrator . ít nhất Local user and groups thì User phải thuộc Member of > administrators .
giờ phương án là ktra lại user đang sử dụng , thứ 2 nếu đã add permission user thì phải qua tab Advanced bên dưới xem Owner đang trỏ sang user nào , nếu nó đang ở 1 user cũ trc kia thì phải đổi Owner sang user .
cách 2 là kích hoạt Administrator , khi đó sẽ có quyền can thiệp sâu hơn vào permission

Thằng khùng thứ hai là thằng đi cài Win mà không hiểu tính năng của bản Win mình cài là gì, cứ thấy Win là cài mà chẳng suy xét xem nó có cài cắm gì thêm hay không. Thằng khùng thứ ba là cái thằng muốn thử tài người ta, đưa cho cái bản Win bị khống chế.

"Tình hình là khách cài lại win" thì chẳng có gì là của khách cả. Tìm bản Win hoặc ghost khác đi cho rồi:
