WinSCP –là ứng dụng khách SCP (Bản sao Bảo mật) phần mềm miễn phí sử dụng SSH (Vỏ Bảo mật). Mục đích chính của nó là sao chép tệp an toàn giữa máy tính cục bộ và máy tính từ xa. Ngoài chức năng cơ bản này, nó quản lý một số hành động khác với tệp. Nó có thể thực hiện tất cả các thao tác cơ bản với tệp, chẳng hạn như sao chép và di chuyển.

WinSCP cũng cho phép bạn đổi tên tệp và thư mục, tạo thư mục mới, thay đổi thuộc tính của tệp và thư mục. Một trong hai giao diện chương trình có thể lựa chọn cho phép người dùng quản lý tệp ngay cả trên máy tính cục bộ. Hầu hết các hoạt động có thể được thực hiện một cách đệ quy đối với các tệp trong thư mục. WinSCP cũng có sẵn dưới dạng plugin cho hai trình quản lý tệp, FAR và Servant Salamander.

• Fallback to nonresumable transfer when temporary target file cannot be created. 2277
• Logging can be enabled for installer subtasks.
• Limited SFTP upload queue length to avoid networking congestion.
• Bug fix: Possibility that files in root folder were incorrectly used.
